• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack the Game.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Game or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Game.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Game or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Game is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Apex Google Block Breaker Team, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Game.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
